We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

🚚 Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days for orders within the United States. Please note that during busy seasons or extreme weather, delays may occur.

📍 Shipping Carriers

We currently ship via USPS and UPS depending on location and product size.

❄️ Shipping a Perishable Product

The Fiber Gel is a fresh product. Please refrigerate immediately upon arrival. We recommend being available to receive your package promptly to preserve freshness.
