🚫 No Returns on Opened or Used Products

To ensure product safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jars that have been opened, tasted, or partially consumed.

📦 Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or compromised in any way, please don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on product availability.

🔁 Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and refund it in full. If it has already shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
